He is also very passionate about movies and the Italian language -- he pursued both through trips to Italy and a tenure in Boston's film industry. He loves to talk about Casablanca as much as he does Star Wars!

Doug has a fitness journey of his own -- he lost 85 lbs in a little over one year and significantly reduced chronic back pain from scoliosis. Since this lifestyle-transformation Doug became a personal trainer and found his true calling in life: inspiring others to confidence and healthiness in becoming the best version of themselves.
