About Your Trainer

Mike Caiazzo MSK, CSCS, CPT

Mike has been a strength coach for 17 years. He holds a Master's of Science in Kinesiology (human movement), is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Speed Coach.

Mike trains many high schoolers who participate in a variety of sports from all over Southern Maine. He works with many collegiate athletes from Division I to Division III in their respective sports.

Mike worked with the Maine Mammoths of the National Arena League. He was the head strengh and conditioning coach implementing in and off season athlete specific programs.

In addition, Mike throughly enjoys working with the adult clientelle who are looking to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass and maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

Mike's main focus is to help limit injuries but also teach all clients how to lift with proper technique.

Our Mission

Every individual, regardless of fitness level, age, gender, or goals will get the best results from a comprehensive strength and conditioning program in a safe training environment coached by an educated, experienced professional.

Whether you are an elite athlete or somebody just getting back into shape, my primary concern is that I understand your needs and goals, address any type of movement dysfunction that is present, and provide you with the training program that will make you stronger, more confident, and put you in the best position to achieve your goals.

Competitive athletes and clients will develop a positive attitude, work ethic, mental toughness, discipline and pride in oneself and the total program. Athletes and clients will be encouraged to train consistently, sensibly, and systematically in an individually designed program for a designated period of time. The environment needs to be safe, clean, and professional to decrease the chance of injuries and enhance performance.

It is my personal goal to learn to grow, and progress on my journey through adversity with determination, perseverance, and acceptance of others; and help others to do the same. I will continue my quest for knowledge through research, education, trial, and open mindedness.
